Contestants MUST abide by all rules. Parents of any contestant/s not observing all rules will be contacted and the contestant/s will be sent home without refund.

All Fees are Non-Refundable.

Contestant or Contestants’ parents (if child is under 18 years of age) affirm that she is and will continue to be a person of good character.

Contestant and Contestant’s Supporters, Guests or Visitors, will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during the pageant and at the festival. Bad sportsmanship is NOT tolerated and will be grounds for removal of Contestant/s from the pageant and Festival without refund.

Only one parent per child will be allowed in dressing room, mother, sister, aunt, female member assisting with more than one sibling.

No boys or men are allowed in dressing rooms at any time – not even fathers. NO EXCEPTIONS.

One (1) ticket for free entry will be given to each child. Tickets will be $5 at the door, $2 for kids 5 -10 years old.

No Flash photography - please take all the photos and videos you like but without Flash or lights as it disrupts our paid Photographers and videography. We will ask you to refrain from any more videos or photography if you do not follow these directions.

Contestants must attend mandatory practices. Parents must make reasonable accommodations to attend practices.

Miss Princesa Hispanic Heritage will begin at 1:00pm, girls must arrive before 12pm.

Miss Hispanic Heritage will begin at 5pm. Girls must arrive before 3pm.

There is limited space in dressing room, it is advised to have hair and makeup done before arriving to the event.
