TARIFA PARA STANDS DE COMIDA CALIENTE: $300

No se realizarán ventas ni recaudación de fondos en su stand. En su stand sólo se puede distribuir información y recursos. Si desea vender artículos o recaudar fondos para su organización deberá pagar la tarifa completa de $300 como vendedor de productos o comida. Si encontramos ventas con fines de lucro el día del evento sin pagar la tarifa, serás expulsado del recinto del evento.
RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS VENDEDORES

Must bring your own tables and chairs if you're located outside the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. Set up time starts at 8:30am. Event starts at 12:00pm. ***One 8 ft table is included for inside vendors only.

Break down begins at 6:00 pm.

Must have own personal or volunteers for your organization to watch your booth. Must always have at least 1 personnel at your booth at all times.

Maintaining your area clean and free of clutter. Please clean up your area at conclusion of the event.

If you're a food vendor you must bring 2 tarps to protect concrete and grass from oil and cooking residues, your own table, chairs and tent (canopy) no bigger than 10X10. If we find residues of food or oil a extra $50 will be charge to your credit card on-file.

Helium balloons, silly string, confetti, loose glitter, or marbles are not allowed in the facility.

All animals, with the exception of service animals performing a specific task, are prohibited inside the building. All animals in Liberty Park must be on a leash if outside of King’s Run Dog Park. Equestrian traffic except for Police personnel is prohibited.

Gambling or other illegal activities.

Selling of beer or alcohol is prohibited at any booth. Only CHAFF is permitted to have a station to sell alcohol.

Activities that might endanger the lives and safety of others or damage the facility.

Activities or events that are deemed detrimental to the overall good of the community.
CHAFF, sus afiliados, patrocinadores y personal no son responsables de ningún artículo perdido, robado o roto antes, durante o después del evento. O cualquier artículo dejado en las instalaciones una vez finalizado el evento. Está prohibido traer, vender o distribuir artículos como: drogas, alcohol, armas o artículos de pornografía en el evento. Todos los stands deben cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones. Por favor decore su stand en consecuencia. La vestimenta, la música, los instrumentos y las actuaciones deben ser aptos para niños y familias.

AL PARTICIPAR, LOS VENDEDORES Y SU PERSONAL Y REPRESENTANTES, POR EL PRESENTE LIBERAN Y EXIMEN DE RESPONSABILIDAD A CHAFF Y SUS ORGANIZADORES Y PATROCINADORES Y SUS AFILIADOS, PRINCIPALES, DIRECTORES, FUNCIONARIOS, VOLUNTARIOS, EMPLEADOS Y AGENTES DE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD POR CUALQUIER DAÑO (INCLUYENDO DIRECTO, ESPECIAL CONSECUENCIAL , DAÑOS EJEMPLARES O INDIRECTOS), PÉRDIDAS O LESIONES DE CUALQUIER TIPO, O RECLAMACIONES BASADAS EN DERECHOS DE PUBLICIDAD, DIFAMACIÓN O INVASIÓN DE LA PRIVACIDAD, QUE SURJAN DE O EN RELACIÓN CON LOS ORGANIZADORES. YA SEA QUE SURJA DE CONTRATO, GARANTÍA, NEGLIGENCIA, RESPONSABILIDAD ESTRICTA POR AGRAVIO O DE OTRA MANERA. AL FIRMAR, USTED TAMBIÉN RENUNCIA A SUS DERECHOS A SER GRABADO EN VIDEO O FOTOGRAFIADO CON EL FIN DE PUBLICIDAD DEL EVENTO ANTES, DURANTE Y DESPUÉS DEL EVENTO.
EL FESTIVAL DE CLARKSVILLE HERITAGE HISPANO ES ORGANIZADO POR LA FUNDACIÓN DE FAMILIAS HISPANOAMERICANAS DE CLARKSVILLE (CHAFF).
ESTE EVENTO
